Service operator: Test

Review the selected route, vehicle, passengers, luggage, dates, currency and total before paying. A request receipt is not payment confirmation. A booking is confirmed after successful payment and a status update.

Pickup arrangements

Pickup times use Istanbul time. Enter the correct airport, accommodation address and flight number. Confirm the meeting point and included waiting time with our team before travel. Flight changes must be coordinated with the team; a flight number alone does not confirm automatic rescheduling or unlimited waiting.

Simple cancellation

Unpaid bookings can be cancelled. A confirmed booking is eligible for free cancellation at least 24 hours before its first pickup, provided the journey has not already entered execution. Cancelling a return booking cancels the whole booking. Contact support to discuss changes to only one journey.

Refund

An eligible cancellation of a paid booking queues a full refund. The amount appears in your account according to your bank or card issuer's processing time. If a refund requires review, contact support with your booking reference.

Special requests and changes

Child seats, accessibility requirements, oversized luggage, additional stops and booking changes require advance confirmation of availability and any price difference. Recording a request does not confirm it. Contact us with your booking reference. If you booked while signed in, you can also review your booking in My bookings.
